The Pakistani Educational Leadership Institute engages Pakistani educators and administrators by developing and honing the leadership skills necessary to direct educational initiatives and effect change in Pakistan.
Hosted by Plymouth State University, with funding from the United States Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, this year’s Institute will host 20 honored guests from Pakistan from 28 June through 28 July.

It is a good and workable plan to start the awareness of environment issues among the developing countries and try to make them realize the sensitivity of current issues.
I think if you can create a standardized activities for young school going kids that can be implemented without any heavy financal support then we can say you have started something.

It is complex. Leadership is a result of being open and honest and developing a true team based on being very, very consistent with who you are; it is a day in and day out of having the sound principles of integrity and honesty and living the values of Smelter Service Corporation and i think plymouth university have all these qualities.
I think Mrs.Saima Khusro is a really good teacher and inspirational.
It is a top priority; that is part of those principles we talked about; you have to be totally ethical all the time.

We had a change management consultant group come in and do a total appraisal of the workforce.
its happy to say that co-opreation is still going in every matter of man’s life.especially in educational institutes..
