A good plan with a positive thought towards the awareness of environment issues. I agree that there is no need to re-invent the wheel, just follow the existing Global Standards within our available resources. Modify, it to our needs.
Public and Private sector partnerships are very important to achieve your goals. Awareness among school level kids are the best approach to send your message to the parents and their families.

Well,Madam its really a wonderful Action plan which has some practical implications ,i wish you all the best for the implementation of this action plan through which a fission change would be bring about in the field of science education.
