The words I was going through were not being read but actually I was listening to them as if you are just in front of me. This is because of your natural and pure style. While teaching the course of Eduactional Administration to my students, it is no longer hard for me to think and present the concept of leader. Madam you truly portrayed role of a wise leader before us. I have no hesitation in saying that whatever our performance has been, as you always appreciate it, would not be poosible without your leadership. All the activities were interwoven, well planned and goal oriented to that extent that not even a single moment I remember that I had any problem in developing my master plan. Your dedicated and committed staff had facilitated us in each and every way and made our learning enjoyable. I thought of myself as in best working spirit of my life in Plymouth. It was indeed a unique learning opportunity for us. Thanks to all the departments and institutions that made it possible for us to experience the beauty of cultural diversity. Our interaction with our American friends has broadened our social horizon and helped us see things differently. A lot of credit goes to you in your role as athe Director of this institute. The warmth and care with a tint of humour, shown by you throughout the course, kept us motivated and engaged in all the curricular and cocurricular activities whole heartedly. Thanks to you and the entire team of PSU PELI for their love and care. ITA has asked us to submit our final modified plans with grant proposal.
