Hi friends! I am Faiza Shahrukh. I am in the teaching profession for the past 13 years. I had been teaching in one of the elite schools of
Pakistan. Though I was happy working there as a teacher and a coordinator but at one point I realized that I am in a beautiful fish pond with no idea of what is happenenig out in the world in the field of education. I was teaching kids with the best available facilities. It was then I realized that it’s high time to switch and check what happens with the masses in education. The state of affair was pathetic. I visited few Government schools and realized that they need a lot of attention and the teachers needed training and this is how I made my move from the school coordinator to the teacher trainer.
I am presently working as a Principal of a
Trust
School which is completely free. It is for the families who want their children to have the quality education but cannot afford it. It is a pleasure to see sparkle in the eyes of the students with their achievements and success. The environment and the facilities provided to the students is not less that the facilities of any of the elite schools of the city and similarly the outcomes are amazing too .
