i hve thoroughly red this ction plan. though its a good effort to develop some action plan that could help fresh graduates to become effective techers, however, i am unable to understand this document becuse of following:
1). there is no background given so that one could be informed about how you have defined cultural heritage
2) what are the indicators of cultural heritge preservation
3) why its important to develop this action plan.
if all this background is included before the actual action plan, then it would be easy for us to relate with all this program.

I have gone through the reading material. As being related to the field of cultural heritage, I really appreciate the efforts done by the researcher in the research material. Cultural heritage is an important asset of nation. It desperately needs to be preserved for future generations. The objectives in this work re really demanding and challenging as well. The need of the day is to impart knowledge regarding the importance of cultural heritage and its preservation. Teachers are an integral part of the society, they teach about the aspects of life and its needs so they can teach that what our cultural heritage is and how to preserve it. As a nation this is very tragic our today’s generation is unaware about the significance of our cultural heritage, due to which the preservation of this rich asset is usually ignored. During studying the research work, i have come to know that the researcher has emphasized about the need of the day i.e., to educate the students about that very need.
Side by side, the teachers will also be trained about the preservation of cultural heritage which is another step ahead. So as a whole, i really appreciate the whole effort, wish best for the researcher and offer my services whenever needed.
